We offer graffiti removal and prevention services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. While we strive to deliver the highest quality results, certain surfaces and types of graffiti may present challenges that could affect the outcome.

• Eco-Friendly Products: We prioritise the use of eco-friendly, biodegradable products in our graffiti removal process. However, for porous surfaces or cases where these products are ineffective, we may need to use stronger chemicals to achieve the best possible results.
• Graffiti Removal Outcome: While we make every effort to completely remove graffiti, some surfaces may retain a "shadow" or light outline after treatment. This shadow is typically temporary and will fade over time, but we cannot guarantee its immediate disappearance.
• Graffiti Prevention: We offer a preventative coating service that makes it easier to remove graffiti in the future. While this coating may allow property owners to handle minor graffiti removal themselves, it does not replace our full professional service. Even with preventative measures, some remnants of graffiti may persist, though they will be less pronounced than before.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the work will proceed as scheduled, and payment must be made in full with no refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Area Preparation: The area where services are to be performed must be accessible. If the work is not on the ground floor and requires additional equipment such as scaffolding or a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP), extra fees will apply.

5. Liability Insurance

Tag Busters maintains £5,000,000 public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage that may occur during the provision of our services. This insurance is designed to address financial responsibilities related to unforeseen incidents that could cause property damage during the graffiti removal or prevention process.

6. Data Protection

7. Commitment to Eco-Friendly Practices

At Tag Busters, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We prioritize the use of biodegradable and eco-friendly products whenever possible. While some situations may necessitate the use of stronger chemicals, we always aim to minimize their use and environmental impact. Our commitment extends to all aspects of our service, ensuring that we provide effective solutions while safeguarding the environment.

• New Clients: Payment for services from new clients must be made upfront before any work is carried out.
• Existing Clients: For existing clients, payment for our services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Tag Busters cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during the graffiti removal or prevention process, especially when stronger chemicals or pressure washing are used. We also cannot be held responsible for any unintended removal or damage to underlying paint or coatings. Additionally, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all graffiti or prevent any residual shadows, outlines, or remnants. Our liability is limited to the extent covered by our public liability insurance.

11. Service Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any service agreement if we believe the terms have been violated, or if we encounter any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from completing the work safely and effectively.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Commitment to Carbon Neutrality

At Tag Busters, we are dedicated to environmental responsibility and strive to achieve carbon neutrality. To offset the carbon footprint of our operations, we allocate a portion of our revenue from each job specifically for carbon offsetting. These funds are set aside and used annually to support carbon offset projects, such as tree planting and conservation efforts.

This commitment is integrated into our service provision at no additional cost to our clients. By including carbon offsetting in our business practices, we aim to reduce our environmental impact and contribute to the fight against climate change.
